Chris and the team are second to none in skill and efficiency.  They sourced and repaired broken ridge tiles on my very old roof, added new fascia to the cottage where the wood was rotting, redid the valley between my extension and cottage which was on verge leaking and holding water, and redid a valley repair that was not done properly on the old roof. The price was extremely competitive with no hidden costs and invoices from Stuart in the office every step of the way. They kept in touch, came on time and were all lovely to deal with. I initially contacted First Choice Roofing to fix a leaky roof in my house. Before finding First Choice Roofing, I met with 15 different tradesmen. None of them could give me a precise diagnosis or demonstrated evident dishonesty. First Choice Roofing came in, looked at the house and produced an exact list of issues not only causing the leak but also identified other issues with the house within an hour. They explained and showed me everything. First Choice Roofing is not the regular roofer company you can find online. My house had serious structural, plumbing issues as well as a need to fix the many shortcuts, omissions or negligent work done by cowboys builders or plumbers I previously hired. First Choice Roofing had to deliver very bad news in relation to the state my house was when I got them in. They were very open, transparent, empathic, honest and accommodating in relation to the scope of the repair required. First Choice roofing put my interest first, went out of their way to fix all the many issues on the house although they were not obliged to do so and made sure they left no stones unturned before leaving the job. First Choice Roofing is a team of serious tradesmen with different specialised skill sets (builder, roofer, plumber, carpenters) all in one team. The work they delivered was precise, diligent, consistent, technically spot on, quality over quantity, complete, neat and clean, which demonstrated the high level of experiences and the quality of skills they hold. First Choice Roofing also demonstrated a high quality of soft skills, exemplary personal values, ethical standards, accountability and support required to deal with nightmare scenarios. When I hired First Choice Roofing, I had no trust at all whatsoever in building tradesmen and I also voiced this concern. Through the outstanding competencies and skills they demonstrated, their pleasant personalities and their stunning professionalism, they managed to change my mind. They have completely fixed my house and went over and beyond the job they were initially contracted to do and the job they are supposed to do without counting or ripping me off while being very accommodating to let me turn around.
